• Mission: Ensure accuracy and forecasting for parts repair and inventory, facilitating informed decision-making within the supply chain.
• Tech Stack: SAP, Internet software, Spreadsheet software, PowerPoint software, Word Processing software, ORAP Parts Trac database

What You’ll Actually Do
• Forecast Development: Develop quarterly parts repair forecasts for ORC and build monthly repair financial forecasts.
• Reporting & Tracking: Issue monthly repair status reports to the LTSA team and track Parts Planning Key Performance Indicators.
• Inventory & Financial Data: Create monthly new parts inventory walk financial forecasts and support the building of demand status reports.
• Data Integrity: Catalog repair classification reports into the ORAP Parts Trac database and review SAP data for accuracy, coordinating updates.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with Parts Planning team members to develop, author, and maintain specific process procedures and provide improvement ideas for reports and KPIs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student in a Bachelor of Science program in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Experience: No specific years required; this is an internship position designed to provide training. Experience using Internet, Spreadsheet, PowerPoint, and Word Processing software is essential.
• Skills: Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence; present information in one-on-one and small group situations; perform basic mathematical operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide, compute rate, ratio, percent, interpret bar graphs); and apply common sense reasoning to carry out instructions and solve problems with concrete variables.
