Management Trainee Program | CED

The Tone:
This is a full-time management trainee program at CED, located in the Denver Metro Area. CED stands as one of the nation’s largest electrical solutions distributors and product suppliers, with over 750 locations specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. By cultivating talented and energetic individuals, CED brings together industry professionals to facilitate optimal electrical solutions for customers who power homes, buildings, and manufacturing processes daily. What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Immersion: Master every aspect of CED’s operations through a comprehensive 2 to 2.5-year hands-on learning program.
• Operational Training: Gain practical experience in warehousing, counter sales, financial management including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial statements.
• Client & Project Management: Develop proficiency in purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management, and business development.
• Mentorship & Development: Receive guidance from experienced professionals and attend national training sessions to build professional and personal skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Complete online training specifically related to electrical systems, sales strategies, and management principles.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. This is an Entry-Level career opportunity.
• Experience: 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service experience, and the ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills; effective and complex problem-solving abilities; exemplary organizational and time management skills; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bonus: Prior experience in the electrical industry is a plus.
