Tech Operations Specialist | Swooped
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Swooped, located remotely in the United States. Swooped builds an intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps, enabling organizations to increase developer productivity, improve operational efficiency, and reduce security and compliance risk. This Tech Operations Specialist role is crucial for keeping the field organization’s AI tooling running smoothly day to day, ensuring teams can effectively leverage AI to drive efficiency and innovation.

• Team: Part of the CRO organization within the Enablement & AI function, reporting to the Vice President, Enablement & AI.
• Mission: Keep the field organization’s AI tooling running smoothly day to day, bringing order to a fast-moving tool landscape.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Tool Inventory & Consolidation: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all AI tools used across the field organization and support efforts to reduce tool sprawl.
• Tool Adoption & Use Case Index: Formalize a library of field-adopted and requested use cases for AI tools in coordination with the AI Transformation Owner, CRO.
• Utilization & Tracking: Monitor usage of AI tools across teams, build simple reporting to track adoption trends, and flag underutilized tools to stakeholders.
• Comms & Enablement: Draft internal announcements for tool rollouts and create micro-enablement programs to engage the field in AI tools.
• Tool Access Requests/Management: Own the intake and processing of access requests for AI tools, ensuring timely, accurate provisioning aligned with licensing and approval requirements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-to-mid level experience in enablement, sales/business operations, IT operations, or a similar coordination-heavy function.
• Experience: Some experience owning recurring operational processes, with a genuine curiosity about AI tools and platforms.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to track multiple tools, requests, and datasets simultaneously without things falling through the cracks. Comfortable following and improving structured processes. Ability to collaborate with enablement, IT, and field stakeholders. Basic comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, or simple data tools for tracking utilization and maintaining data quality.
• Bonus: Willingness to learn the technical basics of how AI tools are configured, accessed, and maintained, and to act as an advocate for AI adoption and best practices.
