Business Development Representative (Dealer Spike) | LeadVenture®
The Tone:
This is an entry-level sales role for Dealer Spike, a LeadVenture company, with remote and/or hybrid location options available. LeadVenture is a market-leading SaaS provider offering digital retailing, eCommerce, digital marketing, and eCatalog solutions for dealerships across 12 industry verticals, including powersports, marine, RV, and pre-owned auto. This role is crucial for driving company growth by initiating conversations with potential customers, generating interest in our solutions, and creating qualified sales opportunities for the sales organization through strategic outbound prospecting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Generate qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Research assigned territories and develop comprehensive account strategies.
• Identify key decision-makers and buying committees, personalizing outreach using account research and buying signals.
• Qualify opportunities effectively and schedule discovery meetings with prospective customers.
• Partner with Territory Managers on account strategy and pipeline creation efforts.

• Background: Entry-Level. Designed for individuals ready to build foundational sales skills and grow into future sales opportunities. Ideal for those who have mastered inbound lead management or demonstrated success in customer-facing roles.
• Experience: Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles or inbound lead management, with a readiness to develop expertise in outbound prospecting and consultative selling.
• Skills: Strategic outbound prospecting, account research and planning, multi-threading, personalization, discovery, qualification, objection handling, executive communication, and maintaining CRM accuracy.
• Bonus: Strong communicator who enjoys outbound prospecting, thinks strategically and stays organized, embraces coaching, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
