What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn: Gain in-depth exposure to the auditing profession and understand the day-to-day responsibilities of an auditor.
• Audit: Sharpen analytical skills by auditing client financials, transactions, and internal control processes.
• Collaborate: Work independently and in collaboration with a diverse group of talented audit professionals to deliver exceptional client service.
• Utilize: Apply audit tools and technologies that incorporate advanced analytics, data visualizations, and process flow automation to analyze client data.
• Engage: Participate as a team member on diverse client engagements across various industries, including manufacturing, not-for-profit, government, healthcare, and financial institutions, and conduct benefit plan audits.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Accounting or a similar degree, with a schedule to meet educational requirements for CPA eligibility in their assigned Crowe work location.
• Experience: Relevant work experience, such as internships, summer positions, or school jobs. Experience with data analytics is strongly desired.
• Skills: Proficient with Excel, strong academic credentials, demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments.
• Bonus: Desire to travel and availability to work or travel during evenings or weekends if required.
