Amazon Robotics – 2026 Supply Chain Intern/Co-op, Robotics Supply Chain | Amazon
The Tone:
This is a full-time intern/co-op position at Amazon, located in North Reading, MA, or Westborough, MA. Amazon Robotics invents, develops, and deploys cutting-edge automation technologies to empower a smarter, faster, and more consistent customer experience. This includes automating fulfillment center operations with autonomous mobile robots, sophisticated control software, and advanced methods like computer vision and machine learning. This role is crucial for individuals who thrive on solving problems through teamwork and seeing their contributions directly impact the bigger picture of robotic innovation and operational efficiency within a dedicated research and development environment.

• Pay: $64200–$96200 yearly
• Team: Robotics Supply Chain organization supporting Supply Chain Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, Systems and Tools, Procurement, Demand Planning, and Commodity Management teams.
• Mission: Support the development of business processes and programs to improve efficiency and expand capacity within the Amazon Robotics Supply Chain.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance transactional and operational efficiencies within Supply Chain and Systems and Tools processes.
• Program Support: Assist with the execution of supply chain programs, including cost/lead time reduction, safety stock management, procurement, planning, warehousing/logistics, and new product introductions across multiple Amazon business units.
• Automation Projects: Lead initiatives to automate cross-functional processes among Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Deployment, and Engineering teams.
• Capacity Expansion: Develop processes and mechanisms to expand capacity and programs within the Robotics Operations Center of Excellence.
• Performance Measurement: Create efficient and accurate metrics and mechanisms for reporting supply chain performance and support the introduction of new software, tools, and dashboards.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Currently working towards a degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027, and eligible for a full-time (40h / week) 6-month co-op with at least one semester/term/quarter of school remaining afterward.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, understanding of metrics, process capabilities, and LEAN techniques, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint, experience with programming languages like SQL and Python, experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, and 1-2 years of experience in supply chain.
