The Tone:
This is an internship at Jobright.ai. The company builds a personal AI job search agent that transforms the job search process from solo, time-consuming efforts into a fast, expert-guided journey. This role is crucial for supporting the core Product & Operations team by ensuring the success of the AI Recruiting Agent, which simplifies every job search step and accelerates routes to job outcomes. The intern will have high ownership and impact, working at the intersection of AI, agents, and product to shape how people experience AI-driven job search.

• Team: Supports the core Product & Operations team, collaborating closely with the Product Operations Manager and engineering team.
• Mission: To ensure the success of the AI Recruiting Agent by assisting in operational tasks, data analysis, user feedback collection, and workflow automation, ultimately meeting customer hiring goals.
• Tech Stack: Excel/Google Sheets, SQL (optional), ChatGPT, Claude

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the AI Recruiting Agent, ensuring tasks are executed accurately and on time to meet customer hiring goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Help monitor Agent performance metrics, cleaning, organizing, and analyzing operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• User Feedback Collection: Support the team in reviewing customer interactions and workflows, categorizing and documenting user feedback to provide actionable insights for the Product team.
• Tool Testing & Reporting: Work closely with the Product Operations Manager and the engineering team to test new internal AI tools, reporting any bugs or inefficiencies.
• Automation Exploration: Assist in exploring and implementing AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to automate repetitive operational tasks and improve team efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English for effective communication and collaboration, a strong executor who takes initiative and actively seeks to help the team, takes pride in their work, double-checks data, cares deeply about delivering high-quality results, and strong curiosity about AI technologies, SaaS products, and their potential to disrupt traditional industries like recruiting.
• Bonus: Prior internship experience in product management, operations, data analysis, or the talent acquisition/HR tech space; experience with SQL or data visualization tools.
