The Tone:
This is a full-time management trainee program at SIXT, leading to a leadership role anywhere in the United States. SIXT is a globally leading mobility service provider with €4.00 billion revenue and approximately 9,000 employees worldwide, offering a comprehensive mobility platform. This program is designed to fast-track individuals into a real leadership role, allowing them to make an impact and shape the future of mobility from day one. Upon successful completion, participants are guaranteed to graduate into a leadership position, managing a branch or joining an airport leadership team.

The TL;DR

• Location: Across the United States, with up to 50% periodic travel and temporary assignments
• Pay: $21.85 hourly
• Mission: Fast-track into a leadership position by gaining hands-on experience and developing skills in core operational areas to support company goals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Support: Take on early responsibility to support operational goals, contributing to efficiency and shared team success.
• Business Insight: Gain insights into key business areas including Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management.
• Core Operations: Work in the operational day-to-day business, learning all aspects from sales to fleet operations, supported by training.
• Leadership Development: Collaborate closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
• Guaranteed Placement: Upon successful completion of the program, transition directly into a leadership position anywhere in the United States.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed a bachelor’s degree or gained relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality, and Management.
• Experience: Relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality, and Management; minimum 1 year of driving experience.
• Skills: Strong communication skills in English, a growth mindset, entrepreneurial initiative, independent problem-solving, and adaptability for travel and varied assignments.
• Bonus: Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
