Supplier Operations Spring Co-op | Johnson & Johnson MedTech

The Tone:
This is a full-time co-op position at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, located in Titusville, New Jersey. Johnson & Johnson focuses on advancing healthcare by preventing, treating, and curing complex diseases, developing smarter and less invasive treatments, and providing personal solutions across its Innovative Medicine and MedTech segments. This role is crucial for managing the operational aspects and supplier relationships of patient support programs, aiming to create more personalized and supportive experiences for patients.

• Team: Member of the Supplier Management & Operational Excellence (SMOx) team within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM)’s Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) organization
• Mission: Manages the execution and operations of Patient Support Programs and develops leading patient support solutions.
• Tech Stack: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support the development and deployment of a document management system for patient support programs.
• Manage updates, approvals (legal, compliance, privacy), and cataloging of essential program and supplier documents (SOPs).
• Monitor compliance, facilitate training, and track adherence to program controls.
• Generate operational insights from program analytics, voice of customer, and performance dashboards to enhance program and supplier performance.
• Facilitate the sharing of best practices across therapeutic areas and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective program execution.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD or MD degree. For Bachelor level candidates, must be considered a sophomore or above by the start date. Desired majors include Business Management, Communications, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Public Health, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Information Systems (e.g., Data Analytics, Database Management, System administration, analyst), Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Experience: Permanent US work authorization. A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, reflective of all college coursework. Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the entire term, from January 2027 through June 2027. Masters/PhD/MD students must have earned their undergraduate degree after May 2025.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated agility to learn, adapt, lead change, and perform effectively under pressure. Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bonus: Experience and working knowledge in analytical software (Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of FDA or regulatory guidance.
