What You’ll Actually Do

• Client Engagement: Engage with warm, inbound leads to understand their needs, without requiring cold calling.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with a supportive team and experienced mentors to enhance performance and learning.
• Independent Operation: Conduct work independently, maintaining high levels of discipline and integrity.
• Financial Consultation: Guide families through selecting protection plans that align with their financial goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level; Must be a US citizen and have Permanent Residency. No specific educational background is required.
• Experience: No prior sales experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.
• Skills: Demonstrated self-motivation, goal-orientation, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision. Must be comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
• Bonus: Previous sales experience is considered a plus.
