Summer Associate, Enterprise AI & Insights (8–10 Week Program) | Legends Global

The Tone:
This is an 8–10 week summer associate program at Legends Global, located on-site in Frisco, TX, or Chicago, IL. Legends Global is the premier partner to the world’s greatest live events, venues, and brands, delivering fully integrated premium services across its network of 450 venues worldwide. This role contributes meaningfully to high-impact enterprise AI and advanced analytics projects, helping to solve real business challenges and drive operational decision-making across the organization.

• Mission: This person will translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations using data, analytical frameworks, and AI tools for enterprise-level initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support execution of high-impact enterprise AI and advanced analytics projects across Hospitality, Managed Venues, and Sales & Partnerships, focused on solving real business challenges.
• Translate: Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, prototypes, or actionable recommendations using data, analytical frameworks, and emerging AI tools.
• Collaborate: Collaborate cross-functionally with Director-level leaders, product owners, and business stakeholders to understand workflows, validate assumptions, and iterate on solutions.
• Develop: Develop executive-ready deliverables including presentations, demos, and written summaries that clearly communicate insights, risks, tradeoffs, and next steps.
• Participate: Participate in a structured cohort experience designed to assess readiness for full-time roles and contribute meaningfully to enterprise-level initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Career level: Entry-Level (primarily designed for junior or senior students, strong sophomore candidates will also be considered).
• Experience: Internship or project-based experience working with data, analytics, AI tools, or business strategy.
• Skills: Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex, loosely defined problems; ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences; experience working with relational databases.
• Bonus: SQL strongly preferred; strong interest in enterprise analytics, applied AI, and using data to drive operational decision-making.
