What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Immersion: Gain comprehensive, hands-on exposure to every part of restaurant operations through an apprentice-style training model.
• Foundational Service: Rotate through various key staff-level roles to build a strong, practical foundation in providing exceptional guest service.
• Daily Operational Mastery: Develop a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in the day-to-day management and execution of an upscale restaurant’s operations.
• Strategic Leadership Shadowing: Actively shadow experienced managers to observe and comprehend higher-level responsibilities, decision-making, and team leadership.
• Future Leadership Development: Participate in an immersive experience specifically designed to prepare you for a potential full-time Management role with Hillstone Restaurant Group immediately following graduation.

• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates must be rising seniors currently pursuing their degree.
• Experience: No specific prior experience is strictly required for this program.
• Skills: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine passion for the restaurant industry and hospitality experiences.
