The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: In-person, Lebanon, IN or Lafayette, IN
• Pay: $147760–$221640 yearly
• Team: Part of the Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD), leading a team of section managers and frontline leaders.
• Mission: To lead and optimize logistics and distribution operations across multiple facilities and value streams, driving efficiency, performance, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and optimize logistics plans and processes to meet internal partner needs while ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Lead and develop a team of section managers and frontline leaders to effectively execute logistics activities and achieve operational objectives.
• Develop and maintain systems and metrics to monitor safety, quality, velocity, and cost performance, driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee logistics and distribution operations across multiple facilities and value streams, driving efficiency, performance, and operational excellence.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. This is a Manager-level role focused on leading logistics and distribution operations.
• Experience: Experience in operating a warehouse or distribution center, managing local or distributed inventories, and overseeing the effective movement of materials and finished products.
• Skills: Analytical Thinking, Continuous Transformation, Distribution Center Management, Inventory Management – MFG, Logistics Management, Problem Solving, Project Management, Warehouse Management.
• Bonus: ASCM Certification Logistics Transportation and Distribution (CLTD).
