The Tone:
Nestlé Purina is on a mission to enrich the lives of pets, the people who love them, and the planet we share, encouraging challenging norms and experimenting with new ideas. This 18-month fixed-term contract position is part of the GLOW Talent Program within Nestlé Purina PetCare Europe Operations, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role. The program is specifically designed for roles within Purina’s factories located in France (Veauche & Marconnelle), Poland (Nowa Wies), and Italy (Portogruaro). It offers an accelerated path to leadership roles within Purina’s operational structure by providing a stimulating, multicultural, and challenging learning environment with thorough exposure across the business.

• Mission: To cultivate talented employees through multicultural exposure and structured learning, enabling them for leading operational roles within Purina.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learning & Development: Engage in a structured learning experience for up to 18 months (Phase 1), gaining cross-functional exposure across various factory operations and benefiting from a range of trainings to develop deep business knowledge, coaching competencies, and project management skills.
• Operational Leadership: Transition into a full-time operational role for 2-3 years (Phase 2) within a factory, applying acquired learnings and actively building leadership capabilities.
• Career Progression: Upon successful completion of the program, be identified for leading positions within one of Purina’s factories, central functions, or different locations across the Purina Europe PetCare Network, aligning with business needs and your professional profile.
• Mentorship & Network Building: Be supported by a dedicated mentor throughout your progression and actively build your professional network by being part of a group of talents in Operations Purina Europe.
• High-Responsibility Roles: Undertake high-responsibility positions within factories or the Central Operations team, potentially specializing in Production, Maintenance, Quality, Factory Engineering, or Project Engineering/Design.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, technical, or operations-related fields.
• Experience: Ideally possess a first experience in an industrial environment.
• Skills: Speak the local language and have a minimum B2 level in English (oral and written); demonstrate flexibility, collaboration, and open-mindedness; communicate effectively with various stakeholders from the shopfloor to European teams; and exhibit courage, speed, and continuous learning.
• Bonus: Proficiency in any other European language; European mobility is highly appreciated.
