Regional Video Sales Manager (Rocky Mountains) | Motorola Solutions
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Motorola Solutions, located remotely within the Rocky Mountain territory (CO, UT, WY, AZ). Motorola Solutions builds and connects technologies to help keep people safer everywhere, specifically through advanced IP video security solutions from the Pelco portfolio. This role is vital for bringing these cutting-edge video security solutions to market, fostering safer communities through direct engagement with end users, resellers, and technology partners.

• Mission: This person drives channel and end-user engagement to grow net new business within the video security and access control portfolio in the Rocky Mountain territory.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive territory engagement through tradeshows, product demonstrations, trainings, and lunch & learn events.
• Partner with distributors, integrators, and end users to successfully drive sales within the assigned territory.
• Solve problems for partners by assisting with quotes, proposals, and troubleshooting objections.
• Manage pipelines, partner pipelines, and forecasting through weekly and quarterly reporting, maintaining best practices within Salesforce CRM.
• Travel extensively across the Rocky Mountain territory and occasionally within North America to execute sales strategies and support engagements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with core domain knowledge in complex technical sales or video security/access control sales.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in complex technical sales OR 2+ years of Video Security/Access control field sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quota expectations.
• Skills: Demonstrates a hunter mentality for growing net new business, comfortable working through channels and directly with end users, confident in presenting and demonstrating complex technical products, and possesses a working knowledge of CRMs.
• Bonus: Basic mechanical assembly skills for equipment demos.
