What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and other online communication platforms to understand their needs and provide professional support.
• Client Education: Educate clients comprehensively about available supplemental benefit programs and communicate all relevant information clearly.
• Relationship Building: Build lasting client relationships through responsive, professional, and service-oriented communication and consistent follow-up.
• Enrollment Support: Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand all required steps, and maintain accurate client records.
• Professional Development: Actively participate in weekly leadership development sessions, coaching, and mentorship, applying feedback to continuously strengthen capabilities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level role for individuals at least 18 years of age, who are legally authorized to work and reside in the United States. This position is designed for individuals who are accountable, adaptable, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Experience: No specific years required, but a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to growth are highly valued. Candidates must demonstrate self-motivation, personal accountability, organization, and time-management skills while working independently.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain information effectively. Possesses a positive, professional demeanor and a service-oriented approach to client interactions. Comfort using Zoom and other virtual communication and collaboration technologies is required.
• Bonus: Previous leadership experience is beneficial but not required. Access to a computer or laptop, a reliable high-speed internet connection, webcam and microphone capabilities, and a quiet, professional workspace suitable for remote work are essential.
