Business Outreach Representative | FBSPL

The Tone:
This is a full-time, remote role at FBSPL, where you will serve as the crucial first point of contact for prospective business clients. Your primary responsibility involves reaching out to, and responding to interest from, business owners to introduce how the right payment setup can significantly benefit their operations. This position is designed for individuals who excel at initiating conversations and quickly establishing rapport, making it a people-first opportunity that directly supports the company’s growth by building initial relationships and fostering new client engagement. Full training is provided to ensure success in this pivotal role.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to and thoughtfully respond to business owners who have expressed interest in FBSPL’s offerings.
• Solution Presentation: Clearly and cordially introduce various payment setup solutions to potential business clients in an understandable manner.
• Interest Generation: Effectively spark genuine interest in FBSPL’s services and efficiently set up subsequent meetings or next steps with the internal team.
• Activity Management: Maintain a consistent and highly organized rhythm for all outreach activities and client communications.
• Performance Tracking: Consistently meet established daily or weekly activity and conversation goals set for the role.
• Data Integrity: Accurately log every interaction and communication with potential clients in the designated system.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an Entry-Level role focused on initial business outreach and relationship building, with comprehensive training and ongoing coaching provided.
• Experience: Demonstrated comfort and confidence in engaging with people, particularly over the phone for extended periods, is essential. Candidates with a background in customer-facing work or previous experience in “opening doors” for new business relationships are particularly well-suited.
• Skills: A naturally warm and confident demeanor; exceptional ability to initiate and sustain conversations; comfortable utilizing the phone as a primary tool for much of the workday; strong organizational capabilities and consistent work habits; dependable internet connectivity; and access to a quiet, professional environment conducive to taking calls.
• Bonus: Professionals who have a proven track record in customer-facing roles or have successfully engaged in initial business development activities are highly valued for their ability to quickly build rapport and introduce solutions.
