Inside Sales Intern | Jacobs

This is an internship at Jacobs, with locations in Arlington, VA; Dallas, TX/ Fort Worth, TX; or Denver, CO, following a hybrid working policy. • Pay: $45000–$70000 hourly
• Team: Federal Business Unit, Sales & Client Solutions team
• Mission: To be an integral part of Jacobs’ sales organization to plan, lead, and support a variety of assignments on strategic pursuits and to position Jacobs for success.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Archived proposal data and content across various SharePoint and collaboration sites.
• Search: Government procurement platforms for opportunities relevant to Jacobs’ business.
• Support: Proposal preparation by organizing information and writing content, including resumes for team staff on various opportunities.
• Collaborate: With sales team members on proposal activities, ranging from U.S. government SF 330s and qualification statements to strategic, complex proposals and presentations.
• Engage: With pursuit teams on sales process discipline, proposal development, interviews, and presentations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: In pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field; must have completed at least two years of collegiate courses. This is an Entry-Level role.
• Experience: Must be available to start work by January 2027 or before; United States Citizenship is required.
• Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: 3.0 GPA; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; a previous internship related to business communications, marketing, or journalism.
