What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Support: Provide administrative and operational assistance across multiple departments.
• Transaction Processing: Support daily mail, document distribution, and basic transaction posting within Deposit Operations.
• Customer Account Services: Assist Card Services with travel notifications, file maintenance, and account updates, and help the Collections team with special check processing.
• Loan Documentation: Assist Loan Operations (LOS) with title filing, tracking, and documentation processing for registrations.
• Digital System Support: Help E-Services test system functionality and review files from core systems like Alkami.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Must be at least 16 years of age and currently enrolled in high school, a vocational or technical program, college, or university.
• Experience: No prior financial institution experience is required.
• Skills: Attention to Detail, Information Management, Fostering Communication, Adaptability.
• Bonus: Previous office, administrative, customer service, volunteer, internship, or part-time work experience is preferred.
