• Team: Reports to a Fulfillment Center Supervisor and/or Manager
• Mission: This person resolves vendor compliance issues, ensures quality control, and supports general fulfillment center operations.
• Tech Stack: WMS, Command Center, RF equipment, Manhattan WMS (preferred)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit: Check and document the work of others according to established guidelines.
• Compliance: Manage all vendor compliance duties, including answering email dispositions and maintaining T-SKU logs.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain cycle count and quality assurance programs, reconciling and reporting any audit discrepancies.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to track daily, weekly, and monthly metrics as assigned.
• Operations: Audit no less than the prescribed percentage of inbound and outbound shipments daily.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or equivalent, with foundational knowledge in warehousing or distribution operations.
• Experience: One to two years related experience and/or training in warehousing or distribution operations.
• Skills: Good oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal interaction and social skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Manhattan WMS experience.
