What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Service: Service thousands of new warm leads weekly to assist families and businesses with their financial needs.
• Appointment Setting: Set appointments via phone, text, email, and the company CRM, including handling self-booked and auto-generated appointments.
• Consultative Sales: Apply an educated consultative approach to present options and assist clients in applying for appropriate insurance coverages.
• Application Support: Guide clients through the application process for suitable coverages for themselves, their businesses, employees, or families.
• Career Ownership: Build your own business or career, with the option to develop and lead a team if desired.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be coachable, willing to follow a proven sales system, and committed to personal growth.
• Experience: Must either currently hold or be willing to obtain an active life and health insurance license within 30 days.
