Management Trainee | Cintas
The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-person role at Cintas. This Management Trainee position is designed to kickstart professional careers, developing leadership skills and providing hands-on experience across various business operations to prepare individuals for career advancement opportunities within the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Immersion: Rotate through various departments, immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Sales: Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analysis: Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must have, or will obtain within six months, a Bachelor’s degree. This is an early career role.
• Experience: Must be at least 21 years of age with an active driver’s license.
• Skills: Ability to obtain a DOT medical certification and provide documentation regarding previous employment to meet all DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Bonus: Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role; a business or related academic major; a leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities; willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
