What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Oversee construction accounting activities across multiple projects, ensuring financial integrity.
• Process: Process all construction-related invoices and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Monitor: Perform job cost coding, continuously monitor project costs, and administer vendor payment processes.
• Ensure: Review and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs), lien waivers, and other vital vendor compliance documentation.
• Support: Assist with month-end close procedures, account reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and project financial reporting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-level accounting professional with core domain knowledge in construction financial processes.
• Experience: 1–4+ years of accounting experience, with required expertise in construction accounting.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of construction job costing, project accounting, construction accounts payable, and lien waivers.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
