Operations & Compliance Coordinator | The Finders

The Tone:

• Mission: Ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth daily operations for agent services, licensing, and general administrative processes by identifying inconsistencies and managing critical workflows.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat and PDF editing tools

What You’ll Actually Do
• Agent Services Support: Track onboarding activities and continuously monitor agent status changes, ensuring all required updates are completed accurately and promptly.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Review applications and policy documentation for completeness, actively maintaining and updating operational spreadsheets and various records.
• Process Coordination: Communicate important updates to internal and external partners and vendors, ensuring operational processes remain aligned across all stakeholders.
• Compliance Program Assistance: Support efforts in document control and form updates, and provide coordination assistance for compliance training initiatives.
• Issue Identification and Resolution: Proactively identify inconsistencies, meticulously follow up on missing information, and escalate issues when they do not meet expected standards or protocols.

• Experience: Proven experience in managing multiple recurring, deadline-driven tasks and follow-ups independently, whether gained through classroom settings, front office roles, licensing work, or similar professional environments.
• Skills: Required proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook; required proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and PDF editing tools; strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities including recognizing inconsistencies and asking clarifying questions; solid judgment with strong attention to detail; clear and professional written communication skills for diverse interactions; ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
