The TL;DR

• Pay: $20.50 – $24.25 hourly
• Team: Works as part of the pharmacy team, reporting to a licensed pharmacist.
• Mission: Ensures a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy work environment while delivering exceptional patient care and managing patient care programs.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Care: Manage patient care programs and advise on prescriptions, helping patients on their path to better health.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy work environment through attention to patient safety, quality assurance, and workflow management (excluding final prescription verification).
• Compliance: Adhere to pharmacy professional practice standards and all regulatory requirements.
• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, displaying empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride, collaborating with others to deliver better outcomes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy, with current or in-process valid intern and/or technician licensure.
• Experience: 0-3 years of relevant work experience, with the ability to complete all required training within state guidelines and timeframe.
• Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead with empathy, foster a positive team culture, and collaborate effectively.
• Bonus: Immunization eligibility and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
