This position is crucial for maintaining the operational excellence of a campus, directly influencing student safety, staff productivity, and family confidence by coordinating essential daily functions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Communication: Act as a key contact for families, students, and team members, delivering clear, prompt, and professional correspondence.
• Security Oversight: Oversee campus security functions, including entry protocols, health events, emergency procedures, record-keeping, and family notifications.
• Campus Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day campus functions such as attendance tracking, facility management, transit arrangements, and administrative logistics.
• Staff Onboarding: Facilitate orientation and training for incoming staff to ensure seamless assimilation into campus routines.
• Tech Administration: Administer student technology and campus systems, functioning as the on-site technical point person and Google Administrator.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with core domain knowledge in office management, facility operations, site coordination, or comparable operational capacity.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in office management, facility operations, site coordination, or comparable operational capacity.
• Skills: Excellent communication abilities, capacity to juggle competing demands while sustaining precision and thoroughness, proficiency with fundamental technology diagnostics, device oversight, and user account administration.
