The Tone:

• Mission: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with reliability, professionalism, and care.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Route Logistics: Serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering and picking up garments and products daily along an assigned route.
• Ensure Service Reliability: Provide on-time, accurate deliveries and returns to maintain strong customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate Customer Accounts: Build rapport, address service needs, and introduce new garments and products to enhance the customer experience.
• Drive Revenue Growth: Identify upselling opportunities to grow your route, increasing your earning potential from day one.
• Uphold Company Standards: Operate a company walk-in truck safely, reinforce strong customer relationships, and troubleshoot service issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma, GED, or military service required, combined with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience: Must be at least 21 years old with no specific years required; prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery roles is a plus.
• Skills: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, DOT compliance, strong customer service and relationship-building abilities, effective time management and safety awareness, and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bonus: Comfortable using and learning new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience.
