Social Media & Copywriting Intern | Social View Agency
The Tone:
This is an internship at Social View Agency, located remotely. Social View Agency’s Creative Internship Program offers students hands-on experience and mentorship with over 50 business partners nationwide. Our diverse client base ranges from prominent fitness brands like Mayweather Boxing + Fitness and Club Pilates to emerging musicians, boutique fashion brands, and influencers of all sizes. This specific role is for an independent production company, providing a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience, learn industry best practices, and elevate your skills to kickstart your career in the digital space, all guided by a team of social media experts.
The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Flexible hours (average 10-12 hours/week), 6-month commitment
• Location: Remote, United States (East coast hours preferred)
• Team: Collaborates with the Social Media Manager and wider team.
• Mission: Develop and execute engaging social and digital campaigns for an independent production company.
• Tech Stack: CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (proficiency is a plus).
What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Development: Collaborate with the team to help develop Social and Digital campaigns from start to finish.
• Project Management: Work with the Social Media Manager to ensure running projects are carried out through the entire pitch and production process.
• Content Creation: Focus on developing concepts and executing posts and stories across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Confidentiality Handling: Work closely with unreleased news and materials, requiring extreme discretion.
• Dynamic Project Support: Be ready to pick up various digital projects across the board at any given moment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Actively enrolled students are preferred.
• Experience: A 6-month commitment averaging 10-12 hours per week is required. An interest or skill in graphic design or video editing is necessary.
• Skills:
• Ability to quickly master our visual brand language and have the motivation and inventiveness to actively participate in its evolution.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects in an environment that moves fast.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly grasp the brand’s tone of voice and adjust it as needed for individual projects’ branding.
• Bonus: Proficiency with CapCut, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro. An interest in/knowledge of television production is preferred but not required.
