What You’ll Actually Do
• Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic reports to regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Financial Reporting: Implement and maintain integrated financial reporting programs, including preparing comprehensive financial statements and providing financial analysis.
• Legal Entity Controllers: Manage accounting functions for specific legal entities, ensuring adherence to local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Reconciliations: Verify the accuracy and reliability of accounting data and other management information, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Product Controllers: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting for trading desks and investment products, managing daily Profit & Loss.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree; Early-Career professional with foundational knowledge in financial management, accounting, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience: 0-3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field.
• Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Financial analysis.
• Bonus: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, strong communication skills (written and verbal), ability to manage multiple projects, and sound judgment with integrity.
