What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop and execute client strategies by supporting action plans and engagement activities across key relationships.
• Analyze client needs, market developments, and business opportunities to help identify solutions that create value for clients and Swiss Re.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and briefings for client discussions and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with internal teams such as pricing, underwriting, claims, and finance to understand the end-to-end reinsurance value chain.
• Apply data, analytical tools, and emerging technologies to improve insights, support decision-making, and enhance client outcomes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related discipline. Relevant master’s or doctoral degrees may also be considered.
• Experience: No more than three years of professional experience.
• Skills: Demonstrated academic rigor (minimum 3.0 GPA), analytical thinking, problem-solving, data utilization (Excel and analytical tools), clear communication with diverse audiences, and relationship building.
• Bonus: Familiarity with financial analysis, reporting, data visualization, business intelligence tools, or CRM tools. Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies. Exposure to client relationship management, sales strategy, financial analysis, transaction support, or market-facing activities.
