The Tone:
This is a part-time internship at Legends Global, located on-site in Frisco, TX or Conshohocken, PA. The company supports a network of 450 venues globally, hosting 20,000 events and entertaining 165 million guests each year, powered by expertise across feasibility, sales, hospitality, merchandise, and venue management. This role is crucial for enhancing the digital workplace experience, directly impacting employee technology interactions and overall satisfaction within the Information Technology department.

What You’ll Actually Do
• User Experience Analysis: Analyze the end-user technology experience by developing user personas and mapping employee technology journeys across various systems and platforms.
• Interaction Improvement: Identify specific opportunities to improve digital workplace interactions, with a focus on enhancing usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
• Support Optimization: Support the optimization of multi-channel support intake processes, including managing ticketing systems, chat functionalities, and self-service tools.
• Workflow Streamlining: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance self-service workflows and streamline the overall end-user support experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for individuals currently pursuing or having recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Internship or project-based experience working with data, analytics, AI tools, or business strategy, along with direct experience working with relational databases.
• Skills: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving mindset, particularly in deconstructing complex, loosely defined problems, and the ability to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bonus: Strong interest in enterprise analytics, applied AI, and utilizing data to inform operational decision-making.
