The Tone:
This is a full-time, territory-based role at Vestis Corporation. What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Oversight: Perform daily route check-ins and conduct weekly route observations, meticulously reviewing and approving invoices, deposits, and other necessary documents for accuracy within assigned territories.
• Customer Relations: Provide outstanding customer service by making direct service calls and resolving service concerns, ensuring a continuous focus on client satisfaction.
• Performance Management: Support efforts to drive company Action Plans and hold the route organization accountable for executing against those plans, maintaining satisfactory targets for cost controls and growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain close coordination with the production department to resolve shortages and other production-related opportunities, and partner with the sales organization to identify areas of growth.
• Field Support & Development: Periodically fill in on routes to cover for sick days or vacations, and support special assignments and strategic initiatives, including temporary travel to other Market Centers for operational support and training, while working towards a District Manager position.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. This role serves as a foundational step towards a District Manager position, ideally within 9-12 months, making it suitable for early-career professionals focused on operational and customer service management within a defined territory.
• Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the service industry is ideal. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a current and valid driver’s license, meeting DOT requirements where applicable.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to operate a Step Van or similar vehicle, strong customer service and sales results, and solid computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office software, are essential. Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight travel, for support assignments is also required.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, along with prior P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience.
