• Mission: To learn the Enterprise business from day one, serving as the company’s representative to customers and partners while mastering the skills needed to eventually run a branch.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer and Partner Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact and representative for Enterprise, fostering strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Operational Management: Operate as the expert in behind-the-scenes daily processes and operational logistics within a neighborhood branch.
• Business Leadership Development: Master the comprehensive knowledge and skills required to independently manage a branch, including cultivating new business opportunities and developing a high-performing team.
• Community Relationship Building: Engage directly within the local community to establish and nurture key relationships vital for expanding the branch’s business reach.
• Core Business Function Mastery: Learn and achieve excellence across critical business functions including customer service strategies, sales and marketing initiatives, financial management, and daily operational execution.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. This position is suited for early-career professionals.
• Experience: A valid driver’s license is required, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years. Additionally, no drug or alcohol-related events (e.g., DUI, DWI, failed breath test, diversion agreement) must be present on the driving record in the past three years.
• Skills: Foundational aptitude for business management, customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, as these are the core domains for development and mastery within the program.
