What You’ll Actually Do
• Skill Development: Become proficient in all aspects of customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Customer Relationships: Develop long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable services.
• Sales & Service: Offer optional products to best serve both new and existing customers.
• Financial Operations: Contact customers to manage payment reminders and arrangements.
• Management Support: Assist the Manager in achieving office goals and learn core management responsibilities, including workload delegation and loan document analysis.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Career entry-level, requiring a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required. Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and be willing to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Skills: Ability to learn and apply principles of customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Developing skills in management aspects such as recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Bonus: Prior experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.
