The Tone:
This is a full-time role at L3Harris Technologies, located in Camden, NJ, or Herndon, VA. What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Ownership: Lead comprehensive financial management for one or more programs or subsets of larger programs.
• Financial Planning & Reporting: Develop and maintain Estimates at Completion (EACs), ensure accurate program cost baselining, and conduct both internal and external Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting.
• Strategic Analysis: Perform financial planning activities including Monthly Financial Reviews (MFR), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Joint Strategic Planning (JSP), while identifying and analyzing program risks and opportunities.
• Business Partnership & Compliance: Act as a financial business partner to program teams, establishing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Ad Hoc & Forecasting: Handle ad hoc financial analysis requests from Program Managers and other functions, updating financial forecasts in OSPGov and maintaining up-to-date Program Management Review (PMR) charts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related analytical field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience, with 4-8 years demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel and PowerPoint). Must have 4-8 years experience and understanding of Earned Value Management concepts and processes, risk management, financial management, and working with cross-functional teams. Ability to obtain DOD Security Clearance is required, which necessitates US citizenship.
• Skills: Earned Value Management (EVM), SAP, COBRA, OSPGov, Financial Analysis, Program Baselining, Risk and Opportunity Analysis, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Knowledge of ASC606 Revenue Recognition, advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
