What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and other relevant regulations.
• Account Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Closing Activities: Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by ensuring the availability of necessary documentation.
• Financial Analysis: Assist with financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with technical knowledge of various accounting principles and practices.
• Experience: Works on assignments of moderate technical and logistical complexity, developing and maintaining knowledge of company policies, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
• Skills: Demonstrates foundational analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively across departments.
