The Tone:
This is an internship at GeoSpatios. The company supports Ascent EFB, which is building a modern aviation application designed to empower pilots with advanced tools and resources. This role is crucial for transforming the ambitious Ascent EFB product into a recognized brand and a vibrant social presence that pilots will want to follow, discuss, and actively use as an essential part of their flying experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Leadership: Lead the end-to-end creation and sourcing of compelling content specifically tailored for maximum engagement on Instagram and TikTok.
• Platform Support: Provide strategic support for X (formerly Twitter) and YouTube by crafting sharp, platform-native content designed to resonate with those specific audiences.
• Campaign Development: Develop innovative social media campaigns, creative concepts, and brand experiments to effectively introduce Ascent EFB to new pilot audiences.
• Community Engagement: Engage thoughtfully and proactively with individual pilots, content creators, and the broader online aviation communities to build relationships and foster discussion.
• Performance Analysis: Track the performance metrics of social content and refine strategies based on audience response and engagement data.
• Growth Contribution: Directly contribute to growing brand awareness, increasing pilot adoption of Ascent EFB, and encouraging consistent product usage.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. This internship is designed for individuals early in their career trajectory, with practical experience mattering more than a specific academic major.
• Experience: Demonstrated prior experience in successfully growing an online account, publication, club, startup, or a personal project, showcasing practical growth capabilities.
• Skills: A strong understanding of current internet culture and trends (“internet taste”), clear and effective written communication, and an intuitive grasp of the mechanisms that cause content to spread organically.
• Bonus: A high degree of autonomy, capable of executing tasks and strategies independently without requiring a highly detailed or pre-defined playbook.
