What You’ll Actually Do
• Estimating: Prepare detailed estimates for commercial renovation projects.
• Business Development: Engage in activities to secure new projects.
• Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure accuracy in estimates.
• Client Relations: Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and secure business.
• Project Support: Provide necessary documentation and estimates to support project management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with core domain knowledge in commercial Drywall & Metal Framing.
• Experience: At least three years of estimating experience specifically in commercial Drywall & Metal Framing.
• Skills: Detailed estimating, commercial construction project understanding, client engagement, business development, relationship management.
• Bonus: A Bachelor of Arts degree is preferred.
