The Tone:
This is a full-time role at FirstService Residential. FirstService Residential focuses on supporting the overall operations of Community Association business. This role is critical in providing direct support to management and ensuring exceptional customer service for all owners, residents, clients, and vendors involved in community operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve inquiries for clients and vendors.
• Financial & Recordkeeping: Assist with daily general financial management and ensure all records are maintained accurately in Connect and other files.
• Operational Support: Conduct regular site inspections and assist with the bid process.
• Meeting Preparation: Support the Community Manager by preparing Board meeting agendas, management reports, and other necessary materials.
• Project Coordination: Help establish and manage an annual calendar of association activities, deadlines, and projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: College degree or equivalent work experience in community association operations, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a customer service environment.
• Skills: Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email; knowledge of basic accounting/budgeting procedures.
