What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare financial statements and support the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns for clients.
• Utilize modern accounting technology and adhere to firm practice management guidelines and quality-control systems.
• Communicate proactively and effectively with team members, managers, and clients regarding project status and inquiries.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules to consistently meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships by delivering innovative accounting, tax, and consulting solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting with CPA eligibility.
• Experience: Less than one year of experience, suitable for new or soon-to-be graduates, with progress toward CPA certification.
• Skills: Confidence in using Microsoft Office and specialized accounting software; strong communication skills and professional presence; a passion for delivering exceptional client service; and the ability to manage timelines and meet client expectations.
