This crucial position empowers individuals to directly contribute to the company’s success by expertly installing pre-sold systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and playing a vital part in the brand’s continued growth and commitment to quality. New installers can expect comprehensive onboarding and training within a week, allowing for immediate earning potential.

The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Install: Professionally install LeafFilter’s America’s #1-rated gutter protection system, ensuring precision and adherence to standards learned through comprehensive company training.
• Prepare: Consistently arrive at designated job sites with a personal and appropriate vehicle, such as a truck, van, or SUV, fully equipped with all necessary basic tools and ladders.
• Execute: Efficiently complete pre-sold installation assignments without the need for customer acquisition, handling an average of two jobs per day, each typically requiring 2-4 hours.
• Schedule: Autonomously manage your work schedule to align with personal preferences, with the flexibility to engage in either full-time or part-time work as desired.
• Optimize: Utilize all required product and installation materials provided upfront by Leaf Home, effectively eliminating any out-of-pocket product costs for the installer, which simplifies job execution.

• Background: Entry-Level. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong learning attitude and a readiness to absorb and apply comprehensive training to master the intricacies of the installation process.
• Experience: No prior installation experience or specific industry background is necessary for this role, as the company provides all required on-the-job training.
• Skills: Essential capabilities include the safe operation of a personal vehicle (truck, van, or SUV) and proficiency in the use of basic tools and ladders, which are fundamental for successful gutter system installation.
