What You’ll Actually Do
• Competitor Analysis: Build competitor organization charts.
• Talent Mapping: Map adjacent talent pools.
• System Creation: Create a scalable intelligence system for talent acquisition and business teams.
• AI Application: Apply AI and analytics to real-world, unstructured data for workforce intelligence projects.
• Strategic Support: Provide insights and tools that directly influence hiring strategy and business decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree, Entry-Level. This internship is specifically for students actively enrolled in a full-time academic program who will be returning to school after the internship concludes. Candidates must be currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific years of prior work experience are required for this role. However, candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in Talent Acquisition, workforce analytics, or HR strategy, indicating a foundational understanding or desire to grow in these areas.
• Skills: Essential skills include comfort with analyzing unstructured data and the ability to synthesize complex insights for diverse business audiences, translating data into actionable intelligence.
