Customer Advocacy Intern | Cribl

The Tone:
This is a remote internship at Cribl, a company developing telemetry infrastructure crucial for the AI era. Cribl partners with IT and Security teams across many of the world’s largest enterprises, including half of the Fortune 100, to ensure AI ambitions align with infrastructure realities. As the AI Platform for Telemetry, Cribl empowers customers with the choice, control, and flexibility needed to manage and analyze telemetry for both human oversight and autonomous agents. The Customer Advocacy team is central to transforming customer success into momentum for Cribl’s customers, field teams, and the broader market. This role is vital for identifying, shaping, and activating authentic customer stories across various channels to make customer proof more accessible, usable, and impactful.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Organize Customer Content: Systematically organize and tag existing customer stories, impactful quotes, and detailed case study content, ensuring easy and quick retrieval for both field and marketing teams to utilize the right proof at the opportune moment.
• Prepare Content for AI: Assist in repurposing and structuring customer content into snippets, prompts, templates, and other optimized formats designed for efficient consumption and use within AI and LLM-driven workflows.
• Enhance Data Management: Clean up and enrich customer reference data within Salesforce, adding crucial metadata such as referenceability status, associated products, industry classifications, and specific use cases to improve data quality and searchability.
• Prototype AI Workflows: Analyze current manual processes to identify friction points and then propose and prototype new AI workflows, specifically targeting tasks like efficient advocate identification and streamlined case study production.
• Support Program Operations: Provide hands-on support for customer speaker workflows for key events like CriblCon, which includes managing tracking, coordinating logistics, and preparing necessary materials for presenters.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, with a graduation year of 2026, ideally in marketing, communications, or a similar field.
• Experience: Entry-Level. Demonstrated strong attention to detail and a natural instinct for organizing content, systems, and workflows within an academic or project setting.
• Skills: Excellent written communication skills, particularly for storytelling and content strategy; comfort and proficiency in working with spreadsheets, various systems, and structured processes; a proactive interest in using AI to design and optimize workflows.
• Bonus: A strong curiosity about how customer voice influences brand, pipeline, and overall go-to-market success.
