What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Support: Provide support for departmental and organizational projects as assigned.
• Operational Assistance: Assist with administrative, operational, and analytical tasks across various business functions.
• Data and Reporting: Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.
• Collaboration and Objectives: Collaborate with employees and leaders across departments to achieve business objectives.
• Process Improvement: Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring a Bachelor’s degree completed within the last 12 months or expected within the next 12 months. This degree should be in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Communications, Management, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
• Experience: Internship, co-op, volunteer, or student leadership experience is preferred. Exposure to business projects, customer service, or data analysis will be beneficial for this role.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.
