• Mission: Owns the consistent operational execution, robust financial performance, and development of a positive, high-performing team culture within a Wendy’s restaurant.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Leadership: Take full charge of all daily people management and operational aspects for your Wendy’s restaurant, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and efficiently to meet service standards.
• Culture Development: Actively create and sustain a fun, inviting, and supportive work environment, consistently demonstrating Wendy’s core values and setting a positive example for all team members.
• Performance Management: Work closely with your leadership team to cultivate a culture rooted in consistency and high performance, driving excellence across all restaurant activities from order taking to food preparation.
• Team Development & Growth: Champion outstanding customer service, implement and oversee comprehensive training and development programs for your staff, and strategically work to enhance sales, increase profit growth, and ensure accountability across the entire restaurant team.
• Financial Stewardship: Meticulously manage the restaurant’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statement to effectively control costs, proactively identify new opportunities for revenue generation, and consistently achieve specified profit targets through continuous process improvement initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. Candidates are expected to possess strong foundational knowledge in leading diverse teams and managing complex operational processes, particularly within a quick-service restaurant setting.
• Experience: A minimum of three years of prior experience in leading people is essential, combined with a proven track record of effectively managing restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment that may require flexible work availability.
• Skills: Demonstrated expertise in operational leadership, comprehensive team development, proficient P&L management, strategic cost control, superior customer service enhancement, and an unwavering commitment to upholding proper food safety procedures.
