Project Management Analyst- Skillbridge Internship | Ignite Digital

The Tone:
This is a DoD SkillBridge Internship at Ignite Digital. Ignite Digital enables national security agencies to accelerate decisions and elevate operational outcomes by combining mission experience, domain knowledge, and technology expertise. This role is crucial for assisting in the management of a growing business portfolio, providing a technical, solution-centric project management strategy to achieve key objectives for federal government clients.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship / Volunteer
• Location: In-person, Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area
• Mission: Assist in managing a growing and diversified business portfolio utilizing program management, financial/audit, and analytics capabilities to achieve cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Portfolio Management: Assist in the management of a growing and diversified business portfolio, applying knowledge in program management, financial/audit, and analytics.
• Solution Development: Define and develop solutions that meet agreed requirements, including assessing performance results and recommending strategies to increase project success.
• Schedule & Visibility: Develop, manage, and drive organizational schedules, and enhance visibility of project status through custom dashboards.
• Process Improvement: Identify and resolve process and knowledge gaps through the development and implementation of standardized, reusable, and repeatable processes.
• Project Oversight: Manage scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables for projects, applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. DoD SkillBridge Internship for active military members, with knowledge and experience in program management, financial/audit, and analytics.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to provide a deep technical, solution-centric project management strategy. Eligibility for a government security investigation and access to classified information is required.
