Business Operations Associate | Access Analytix

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Access Analytix, located in person. Access Analytix is a technology-driven investment and trading firm that operates high-volume e-commerce systems in secondary markets for live events. This role is central to the Business Operations team, which drives company performance and growth by executing and supporting core transactional and operational workflows. The position focuses on accurate, timely execution and contributes to process improvement, remote team coordination, and operational initiatives within the firm.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Execution: Execute and oversee end-to-end transactional workflows, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and resolution of issues.
• Process Optimization: Align operational processes across teams and systems, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvements to workflows and performance.
• Team Oversight: Coordinate and guide work performed by remote and offshore teams, providing operational direction and prioritization.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain and enforce standard operating procedures, tracking key performance indicators and operational metrics to ensure consistent execution.
• Inventory Management: Utilize internal tools to manage inventory, verifying accuracy, checking conditions, and cataloging items in a timely manner.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-Career professional with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in operations, e-commerce, or a similar environment is preferred.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ability to quickly learn new operational systems, highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing competing priorities, and comfortable resolving operational problems in real time.
• Bonus: Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.
