What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Operational Excellence: Improve workflows, optimize processes, and provide training support to regional operations to enhance overall efficiency and quality.
• Process Patient Documentation: Accurately review and process critical documentation, including insurance verification, authorizations, and ensuring order accuracy.
• Manage Data Systems: Navigate EMR systems to precisely enter, track, and validate comprehensive patient and authorization data.
• Drive Process Improvement: Analyze existing workflows, identify potential errors, and implement strategic solutions to boost operational efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure Patient Compliance & Care: Perform patient assessments and follow-ups, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to HIPAA, PPE, and infection control standards.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma with at least one year of relatable work experience, or an Associate’s degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration or Business Administration.
• Experience: At least one year of professional experience in a related field.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail for decision-making, proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with healthcare systems, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Bonus: Prior experience in a healthcare organization, pharmacy, HME, or a Medicare-certified environment, or roles in administrative, billing, claims, call center, or customer service.
