What You’ll Actually Do
• General Ledger: Coordinate work for clients involving general ledger importing or synchronization.
• Accounts Payable: Process accounts payable utilizing Bill.com.
• Reconciliations: Perform bank and credit card account reconciliations.
• Reporting: Assist with the preparation of monthly management reports and financial statements.
• System Implementation: Support the design and implementation of accounting systems like QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct, as well as various software applications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Working toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting from an accredited college or university, maintaining a minimum cumulative overall GPA of 3.0, and aiming for CPA licensure eligibility.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required; candidates must be enrolled in an accounting degree program.
• Skills: Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities; commitment to provide unmatched client experiences; ability to prioritize work for multiple clients and consistently meet deadlines; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
