Finance Manager | Revolut

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Ensure accurate monthly and annual reporting by supporting the month-end close process and approving journal entries.
• Manage: Oversee the account reconciliation process and improve the quality of documentation.
• Analyze: Explain business drivers behind financial statement movements through monthly and quarterly flux analysis.
• Build: Establish and enhance the local accounting infrastructure and support SOX implementation efforts.
• Advise: Offer accounting guidance on new product implementations and market expansion within the US.
The Must-Haves
• Background: CPA qualification or progress towards certification, with expertise in US GAAP and the month-end close process within a complex organization.
• Experience: 6+ years in corporate accounting or financial control roles, and proficiency in Oracle NetSuite or similar enterprise-level ERP systems.
• Skills: A structured and logical approach to solving complex reconciliation and reporting issues, the ability to work independently and meet deadlines, and solid communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, banking, or a Big 4 accounting firm, and knowledge of SOX compliance and internal control frameworks.
